    Carol and the Clarks,
I was so sad to hear the news today. So sad. I’ve shared this website and Justin’s photo with lots of people to cast a wider net and ask for prayers and good thoughts.
Sending LOTS of love your way,
    Tracie

I’m so sorry to hear what you’re going through – please let me know what I can do to help – is there a place to download/print the flyer? I know Justin (and Ross and J.P.) from Northgate and CCAS. While, I haven’t seen Justin in a few years – last saw him at a big warehouse party in Oakland- I think of him often and remember your wonderful family. I hope dearly that you get some good news soon! – Jocelyn Tsai

  3. Kat says:

Sending my prayers and wishes your way, and to Justin as well. Are there any other cities where he could possibly be? Places that he loved to visit or has friends?

  4. Karen says:

    Hello,

Unfortunately I don’t have any information for you about your son. I went to Palmer and Northgate with Justin and JP (though I didn’t know either one of them personally).

I presume you have done this, but have you checked with his bank/credit card companies to see if there has been any activity at all since his disappearance?

I’m not in the SF area much but I am in the Bay Area so I will keep my eyes peeled just in case.

I do hope you find him.

    Best regards,
    Karen

  5. Hannah says:

I am a mom too and this would be my worst nightmare. I will spread the word and photos as best I can over here in Oakland.

  6. Richard Horan says:

Does Royal Ground have security cameras? Traffic cams from surrounding areas? Any activity on his credit card? Coworkers interviewed, but what about patients he saw. Maybe one of them knows something.

  7. Oh my goodness Carol…that’s the exact same cute face that I remember when he was 5 years old and at Bryan’s birthday party (remember he gave Bryan that ugly fish for a present?) Oh a mother’s heart…and mine goes out to you. I’ll forward to all I know and tell my adult kids to do the same. I’ll tell Bry and ask him to forward to all. (Bry will be upset.) Loving you through this and also remembering how special Justin is. Praying, praying, praying…Karen

  8. Tim Parish says:

I sent you a message yesterday evening asking if there is anything I can help with. Again my heart breaks for you and your family right now. A friend noticed that there was no date of birth on the site. Every little bit helps.

  9. Dawn says:

    Hello there,

With his last name missing from the site and you not making any references to filling a missing person’s report nor mentioning any LEO involvement at all several websites are starting to think this is a scam.

You might want to consider putting up the link to the SF PD website as they have assigned it a case # and it is accessible to anyone with an internet connection.

I did send both links out to a mailing list that has about 150 SFers in the same age group as your son.

    I hope you find him.

Dear Carol, Patrick, JP and Ross,
Dave, Matt and I are so sorry to hear what you have been going through the last three months. We live in Fresno now but if there is anything at all we can do to help, please let us know.

I keep thinking about that funny, tough little kid who grew into such a handsome young man. Your family was always a delight to be around.

Praying daily that Justin is found soon.

You are experiencing a human beings worst nightmare, and my heart aches for you. I haven’t seen Justin but wanted to let you know that I’m surely not the only stranger that can do nothing but care about your hurt and send prayers that you find your boy, but am doing at least this.
I know you’ve probably thought of this, but can you somehow get a record of his phone calls? I don’t know if cell phone bills record calls any more, I don’t own one due to being a air head and it would be lost in a week, but where I worked a few years back the bills listed who called in on our shop phones and who was called.
This doesn’t sound like a robbery, or a very sophisticated one because he would have had his car keys and or id on him and these would have lead to his car missing or apartment ramsacked. If someone is willing to hurt someone bad to rob them they are serious and experienced for the most part and will make the most out of a robbery by getting whatever they can. Keys and id’s lead to cars and homes which would then be looted.
Have you thought of stationing a camera outside of his apartment door to capture anyone trying to get in there? They may be letting things cool down who knows, but just to be sure you don’t miss anything I’d monitor his apartment.
You’ve gone through his apartment looking for numbers and such? I just have a feeling that someone that knew him knows what happened.
With all my heart I wish you the best in getting your son home, margie

Hello, I read in a news article that Justin paid for hsi $2 coffee with a credit card. To me, that signals that he might be heavily in debt and living on credit cards. In such a situation, people sometimes either disappear, or get despondent. I hate to say this, but you may want to be sure you have his info registered up with different agencies that match unidentified bodies up with missing persons. I hope this is not the case, but the possibility is there. If this is in San Francisco, the water is always a possibility.

If he has voluntarily disappeared, he might be a nurse elsewhere. That is why it is important to list the city on the site, and also to list his name and give the photos, too. Spread the information — that is what the internet is for!!!

Also, he certainly is cute. I wish you well in finding him. He sounds like a very nice person. He also sounds caring and creative. Best wishes on locating him.

  14. Nelia says:

I am praying for your sons safe return home. I posted to my Facebook & asked that others forward it along too.
    Take care.

  15. Hi says:

    Hi,
Just a nosy stranger checking on here to see if you found him yet — looks like not. Just some ideas, I hope these help. If not, sorry:

It sounds like you are looking for the friend, Mikey. Could you give info about him on this site — his name, photos, etc? That would help because if people know him or see him, they could also contact. Also, that is most likely not his real name since that Boris Killoff is a character in graphic novel.

Also, if Justin’s car was at his place of work, does that mean he also was there?
What kind of nursing does he do? If he works with patients that might be unstable, could one of them have harmed him in some way? Has anyone actually checked the whereabouts and homes of the patients he was seeing? A lot of really weird stuff has been happening lately and I would not put anything past anyone.

Best wishes and prayers for all of you.

  16. Mike Spencer says:

Have you been able to look at his phone bill or computer? Was he dating anyone at the time? Good luck and keep getting the word out there.

  17. Eric says:

My prayers are with your family and Justin every day. I wonder why five months later his missing ad showed up at Starbucks in West Hollywood? I am passing this on to a friend that lives just west of SF. If I may be so forward… Your website leaves out alot of information. Perhaps this is due to your work with law enforcement. Such as when he left the coffee shop that night where was he headed. Law enforcement is usually over taxed. I would formulate a timeline for the last month. Re-interview everyone. Tape record the interviews. Not exactly legal but…etc. Pay close attention to tone of voice and body language. I hope you have kept the bank accounts open and continue to monitor them. No one just walks away from a good life unless they are mentally ill or just fed up. Or of course this is a matter of a crime in which forensics needed to be called in immediately. Keep hope. Look at the Dugard case. Miracles to exist. I will keep my eyes and ears open. You’d be surprised what I hear at starbucks. My best to you and you family. P.S. Do research on crime solving. Teach yourself how to approach this case. Know one has more passion to find Justin than your family. I hope. Sincerely, E
Also I sent you an email. I hope you recieved it.

  18. Dan Patrick says:

I saw the ad posted in Orinda. I don’t know Justin but here is hoping the word spreads and your family gets some answers soon. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

  19. Eric says:

I don’t mean any disrespect to your comment, however everything that I purchase from coffee to groceries to movies, etc is done with my bank card as it is ID protected and helps me to keep a financial log of my dealings. This way I do not have to develope exel format.

As for the case # SF PD I have tried putting it in and it comes up non-search query. Plus there is not any other profiles.

Can you re-do your time line from the purchase that day at the coffee shop to the finding of his car and the name of he hospital he worked. Or is this protected criminal information. At this point I would assume that this is a cold case file and or a false report. I have followed this and have not seen any updates on the website. Further more as for Mikey’s tattoo’s I would photoshop them and enlarge. One looks like a red star. Also does he have any involvement in drugs that you know of. Have you had a background check done on Justin. There maybe something there that you are not aware of. Also sounds as if we have a split family (divorce) here. Despondent about his career and life. I would be happy to speak to you on one to one basis and develop a volunteer basis here in LA. Eric
